Arbeitspapiere / Project Notes

de: Um Projektdokumentation so schnell wie möglich anderen Forschungsgruppen zur Verfügung stellen zu können, machen wir unsere Arbeitspapiere, wenn möglich, öffentlich zugänglich.

Die öffentlich zugänglichen Arbeitspapiere haben eine DOI, die den Inhalt identifiziert („Concept DOI“), sowie eine weitere DOI für jede Version des Papiers.

Zur Nummerierung der Arbeitspapiere: APxx bezeichnet das Arbeitspaket des Projektes, innerhalb dessen das Papier entstanden ist. Dem folgt das Jahr der Entstehung (der ersten Version), gefolgt von einer fortlaufenden Nummer innerhalb eines Arbeitspaketes und Jahres. Der Dateiname hat die Versionsnummer (vxx) sowie die Dokumentsprache (_de oder _en für Deutsch oder Englisch) angehängt.

en: In order to make project documentation available to other researchers as quickly as possible, we make parts of our project notes publicly available.

The project notes publicly available have a DOI to identify the contents (a “concept DOI”), and another to identify a specific version.

A note on the numbering: APxx refers to the work package that document was produced in/for. Next is the year of its creation (although modifications may have happened later), followed by a serial number within the work package and year. The file name has a version number (vxx) to differentiate different revisions of the document as well as the document language (_de or _en) appended.
